衡水厚德汽车配件制造有限公司成立于2008年，集锻造、精加工于一体，系专业生产汽车、农机转向拉杆球头球铰总成、转向传动轴总成、转向节臂的工厂，公司已通过ISO9001质量管理体系认证、TS16949体系认证。经过多年实践验证，产品得到多个主机厂的一致好评。公司位于河北衡水安平马店开发区（保衡公路68公里处）。公司总占地5万平方米，厂房占地面积4.5万平方米，公司有员工120人，其中专业技术人员30余名，具有很强的研发和制造能力。现有磁力探伤、金相检查、化学分析、激光标识系统等先进仪器设备十余套；锻压设备；高精数控；机械加工中心；达克罗涂覆水线；总装流水线等设备三十余（套），为进一步研发高科技含量的产品提供了资源保障。 我公司产品自毛坯锻造、精机加工、热处理、总成装配等所有工序均自制并全程得到有效监控，产品质量持续改进，在供货能力上能满足主机厂的需求。几年来，公司严格按照现代化公司模式进行科学化、规范化管理，采取精益生产管理模式，大力推行全面质量管理、全面生产管理，进一步保证公司质量体系健康稳步运行。公司遵循“努力做好每件产品、做农机行业供应商”的质量理念，以“责任”为核心价值观，致力于打造高质量的汽车转向拉杆产品，随着企业逐步扩大发展，公司以高质量的产品与雷沃重工、LS乐星农装、山东时风、山东五征、一拖集团、天津勇猛、中联重机等国内数家汽车、农机制造厂建立配套关系。
